    *Starting in December and running until the spring, the Hammerheads (Tuffy)
    and Makos (Lesley) will have one combined practice on Friday nights from
    5:45-7:00 p.m.

    No Senior Group Practice !


    • Monday 7 February.
    • This is the first day of high school swimming, and everyone is
    encouraged to attend their high school’s practice to meet their team.
    • All other groups have regular practice.

    • For all swimmers not swimming in the Friday night session:
