    STRENGTHEN ACN
    1. Need to focus on the building of the Network but not
    only by means of projects.
    2. Need to strengthen the partnership by sharing ideas,
    tasks and financial obligations
    3. Need to involve partners in the strategic planning and
    decisions of the Network: forming a strategic working
    group
    4. Need to strengthen Network management: increase ACN
    staff, look for funding for operational costs, regular
    partner meetings
    1. Need to be aware of Network resources and partner
    priorities: mapping of partner organisations
    2. Need to share information, project ideas and proposals,
    existent tools and good practices of the partners: regular
    e- conference, sending reports or research.
    3. Basic rules of procedure regarding the network with
    possible partnership agreement.

    1. Establish work group to draft the Declaration


    2. Deadline 3 weeks 15 April before Easter
    3. Need an Introduction document on how did we get the
    Declaration and why for partners that have not been
    involved.
    4. Circulation among partners ² consultation period: one
    month.
    5. Declaration Working Group drafts final document
    6. Financial projection of the costs of making the
    Declaration real (from paper to action)
    7. Setting up of a strategic working group (criteria,
    mandate, accountability etc)
