Sealed optical engines have become a hallmark of Barco digital cinema projectors. Thanks to this patented, hermetically sealed enclosure, dust cannot intrude in the DLP Cinema chip, which ensures undiminished brightness and contrast levels over the years. Barco projectors also come with a unique, patented convergence alignment tool requiring up to five times less effort to optimize convergence than any other tool available on the market today. Moreover, Barco projectors are equipped with enhanced DMD cooling, which drastically extends the lifetime of this core component.
