Position Description

Function
Provide daily administrative engagement and support for the company’s Executive Vice
Presidents; provide functional and administrative support for the VP overseeing Marketing.
As requested, provide support and coordination for ethos business unit and ACE / Partner
members; perform other administrative and general office tasks that contribute to the efficiency
and effectiveness of the company; provide general support to account teams on an as-needed
basis.
Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities: Successfully provide support to clients and to client account
areas to facilitate a client-intimate approach to service
Provide administrative support (e.g., correspondence, mail, filing, phones, travel, etc.)
Manage the calendars and schedules for Executive Vice Presidents
Initiate and draft occasional follow-up correspondence to clients
Manage the proposal development process (formatting, printing, delivery, etc.)
Coordinate conference and meeting activities (including meeting preparation, agendas,
and follow-up)
Assist EVPs in managing key programs (i.e. SAMs, employment tracking, mentorship,
etc.)
Provide general support to keep executives’ offices organized
Research, as needed
Draft reports, as needed
