Using new marketing techniques, including Web 2.0, Social Media, Word Of Mouth, and proprietary projects to grow and better monetize radio stations, websites, and online/mobile audio streaming services associated with those products. As a result of these innovations, all properties continue to outperform comparable business units in ratings, billing and cash flow. Often consulted on new marketing methods for related businesses. Came to Kansas City to program heritage AC KUDL and Gen X KGEX. After improving products and not seeing expected growth, launched Hot AC KZPT, The Point, in March, 2011. Station has had unprecedented growth across broadcast, social media, and online platforms since launch. In final ratings during programming tenure, KZPT ranked in the top three in all target cume demos. Job was eliminated due to downsizing. Took heritage AC station KEZK to highest ratings in history by focusing station on its core audience and adjusting targeting to generate strongest return possible. Station attained #1 rank 12+ for first time ever in Fall 2009. Achieved highest billing in stations history while there. Transformed Adult Top 40 KYKY into a consistent top tier station in women and adults 25-54, including its first #1 rank in both demos. Led longtime morning show to new high ratings on a consistent basis. As a result, set advertising billing records. Station has never done better than during that time. Performed two format and branding changes on KOSI in two months, effectively changing format of station on air, on web, and in outside marketing in November 2002, changing it to Holiday music and completely relaunching the station in December 2002 in its normal mainstream AC format. During time at station, KOSI posted its highest 12+ and 25-54 cume numbers, highest Women 25-54 AQH numbers, and highest Women 25-34 AQH numbers to date. Led WVRV to highest cume and exceptional share in 18-49 and 18-34 target demos. Helped to set record revenue and profitability performance. Rebuilt WVRV morning show, taking it to record ratings. Ratings for WVRV, in mornings and as a station, have never been higher. Refocused WSSM in order to broaden its appeal and make it more relatable to target audience.
