PETITION FOR FAMILY “JUSTICE” INVESTIGATIONS: IMPACTS OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENT AND

AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT POLICIES ON FAMILY BREAKUPS

I refer to the 5 extraordinary lead stories on the front page of today's The Australian newspaper, not the least
being the article by Dennis Shanahan, from the G-20 Conference in Seoul on 'Gillard pushes free trade to
cash in on the strong economy.': http://scr.bi/a2vjcX .
The Maiden of Lalor: And Remembrances of Spirits of Australia Lost, Eureka and Galipoli
I should take this opportunity, first, to “congratulate” you. Of all of the “Remembrances” for yesterday, including
the 1919 Armistice for the formal ending of the hostilities of the “Great War”, and the 1975 Whitlam Dismissal, it

does not escape my attention that yesterday was also the 12th anniversary of your maiden speech as the Barry
Jones ALP-anointed successor in the Australian House of Representatives: http://scr.bi/bK2lea .
As a true Australian Constitutional Patriot, I read your maiden speech often. I read it every 3 December on the
anniversary of the Government forces dead-of-night storming of the Eureka Stockade (about 2.35 am that
Sabbath Day, 3 December 1854). And I read your speech every 5 February (Peter Lalor's birthday).
Yes, I read your maiden speech of 11.11.1998 often. Often with much amusement, especially in the context of
this month's, Brummy Victorian election in process . For the life of me, I fail to see what infamous ruling (lawyer)
class people such as you, Joan Kirner, and John Brumby could ever legitimately claim to have in common with a
man of the people such as Peter Fintan Lalor.
Peter Lalor was the mid-nineteenth century son of a much loved and respected, educated and landed Irish
political activist family: http://scr.bi/cWaGyQ . Peter Lalor's left arm was amputated by a volley of
Government bullets in the opening minutes of a dead of night, pre-dawn Sunday Government ambush (back in
the days when bullets and swords were mightier political weapons than pens, paper, PCs, propaganda, taxes
and TV).
Peter Fintan Lalor was a (reluctant) leader of a pro-democracy pro-human-rights laboUr movement, seeking fair
things from Government (like the right to rule of law and the right to vote, a return from government ie services
for taxes, and an end to grandee governmen rorting, waste and petty (and not so petty – murder?) government
tyranny.
In short, Peter Fintan Lalor's stance against the MRRT of the 1854's was a stance by someone as opposite of
Gillard, Kirner and Brumby and a stance against the very opposite things that you three governmen and
governwomen (self-)lauded by you in your maiden speech 11.11.1998, Gillard, Kirner and Brumby stand for.
Peter Fintan Lalor was a man much like Daw Aung San Suu Kyi; a man much like myself, wouldn't you say?
Your maiden speech of 11.11.1998 is nothing more than a historical and parliamentary recording of a political
oeuvre-noir, of the sort of Newspeak prophesied by George Orwell and others.
In your maiden speech you played dress-ups, dressing yourself in the robes of Peter Fintan Lalor. What next
from our Lady Macbeth of Lalor, dressing up in Daw Aung's robes? Perhaps Hillary Clinton's WhiteWaterGate
Robes would be better bespoke and befit?

What you showed as the Political maid of Lalor on 11.11.1998 was the proto-type of the twenty-first century
'spin' and 'Labor's propaganda armies' (as a recent Sunday Herald Sun front page lead story proclaimed with
inglorious mug-shots of Gillard and Brumby) by which you governmen and governwomen of your time (and of
Peter Lalor's time) perpetuate the possession and abuse of power in our not-so Lucky country.
Protecting Australian Families from (Big, Bad) Government
Back to the 5 lead stories on page 1 of The Australian newspaper today; the real reason for petitioning you.
Dennis Shanahan quotes you (bottom of page 1) as saying from the the Seoul G20 meeting yesterday
(Remembrance Day 11.11.2010) that world government policies that impose barriers to free trade:
“... end up hurting people around the world. It tells in joblessness, which
ultimately tells in the loss of homes, often in the loss of families, because
of family break-ups.”
I congratulate you that you and I seem, against all the odds, to have found some common political ground,
something that we might agree on, the need to protect Australian families from Government policies (world,
national, state and local) that would seek to undermine the social bedrock institution (as John Howard most
famously, at his book launch last month: http://ht.ly/2XX24 .
In this regard, I would rather not just make allegations that you did, on your “Remembrance Day” 11.11.2010 at
the G-20 Conference in Seoul, engage in more political Newspeak of the kind that drops like acid rain from the
House of Representatives Hansard of your maiden speech on 11.11.1998.
I would ask that you pause and reflect on the impact of your Government's own national policies on the
impoverishment and destruction of Australian families.
1. I refer you first to the 3 paragraph speech given by the then Honorable Member for Curtin, Deputy
Speaker Rocher of the House of Representatives on 17.06.1997: http://bit.ly/aRoy1V and ask

why is it that your political party (both during the periods that it formed government and the periods that it
did not) has failed to do anything to investigate let alone investigate ) the “crimes against the institution
of the family” so powerfully described in those paragraphs;

2. Secondly, I refer to the Petition for Family Justice that I authored for the Hon Member for Barton, the
Attorney-General in your Cabinet and Ministry, Mr Robert Bruce McClelland
(R.McClelland.MP@aph.gov.au) a petition that I sent to him on 20.10.2010 to be tabled for discussion
in the House of Representatives: http://scr.bi/acaHue .
Family Justice Petition: What's going on? Why? How? and For Whom?
This Family Justice Petition demands that your governmen and governwomen establish independent
investigation(s) of the Government's own horror statistics of the anti-Family programs of Australia's
unconstitutional and (international and domestic) human rights violating Family Courts and Child Support and
other Government agencies, including:
● Investigation of the Child Support Agency's “CSA Client” death toll of more than 4,000 non-custodial
parents every year since the Rudd-Gillard Government came into office in 2007;
● Investigation into serious allegations of systemic, widespread domestic and international human
rights abuses of the 100,000 (additional) Australian families processed by the Australian family
courts every year.
● Investigation of R.McClelland.MP@aph.gov.au 's decision (announced on 29.01.20010) to double to

$4 billion per annum the amount of taxpayer funds used to provide court buildings, salaries and
benefits for judges and other law-staff to process these 100,000 distressed Australian families (that
works out at $40,000 of taxpayer funding for each processed family) and a proper costing and
benefit analysis [including identifying measures that might be focused more to help families in
distress and less focused on filling lawyers' pockets by ramping up their distress].
● Immediate establishment of a Minister and an Office for Status of Men, with equivalent funding and
stature within cabinet and outer-government circles to match the decade long and $100M plus
programs of the Minister and Office for Status of Women (and an explanation for how your political
party, both when not in government and when in government, could rampantly pursue such blatantly
sexual discriminatory practices within government whilst actively (with)outlawing them in all areas of
the economy and society outside of government.
Censure, Recall, Banishment of Attorney-General Robert Bruce McClelland to the Bleachers
I am singularly unimpressed by your Commonwealth Attorney-General's failure to table this petition of
20.10.2010 http://scr.bi/acaHue on the floor of the Parliament that week.

Robert Bruce McClelland's latest failure as a Parliamentarian and as a Minister (supposedly “for” Justice) does
not surprise me, capping as it does some three plus years that I and countless others have sought to draw his
attention to these atrocities – with never a hint of an acknowledgment or any other kind from him.
Adopting the language of the former Deputy Speaker (Member for Curtin) in his June 1997 Parliamentary
description of the then Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia, Alistair Nicholson as 'singularly stupid', It is
my considered opinion, as a constitutional lawyer of some renown and of more than 2 decades good standing,
that not only is this a disgraceful neglect of Ministerial and Parliamentary responsibilities by Mr McClelland, but it
is contempt of both the First Chapter (the Parliament) and of the Second Chapter (the Executive Ministry) of our
Constitutional Government in Australia.
For these contempts and/or misconducts in public office, Mr McClelland should be censured by being “recalled”
(as the American's call it under their constitutional system) and should be “dismissed” as a Minister if not as a
Parliamentarian (perhaps requiring Chapter Three Constitutional involvement of the Federal Judiciary). I draw
your attention to the obvious Constitutional precedents (whatever their merits) surrounding the 11.11.1975
Whitlam dismissal and of course the 24.06.2010 Rudd dismissal.
As a Constituent of Lalor, as well as you political opponent for the Federal Seat of Lalor, I look forward to
receiving a response from you to these issues regarding your political party colleague and cabinet minister, and
a tabling in the House of Representatives by you of this Family Justice Petition and supporting papers.
Conclusion: Lest you Forget
Lest you forget and I must make these same charges against you (either before the Governor-General, or
before the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia or via the floor of the Parliament or the floor of another
and other world Assemblies) as the charges that I make before you today regarding your political and
parliamentary colleague Mr McClelland.
